The Assembl Company was founded by Matthew Sibberas, who early on was fortunate to forge a start to his career as an apprentice carpenter, working on and contributing to some of the Mornington Peninsula’s most luxurious multi-million dollar residential projects. As he transitioned to his own projects, the key challenges within the industry became quite clear.
